Mexico's City music scene has been growing immensely year by year, I like to describe it as a mixture of big international bands like Kings of Leon and the Horrors with emerging local artists who sing both in English and in Spanish like Vicente Gayo and Furland.

In Mexico, March, October and November have been characterized as high concert months since bands are not playing in international festivals and can visit the country. Here you can have a quick view to some of 2009 big and small shows I went to cover.
